Independent notes on AI tokenomics.
I’m Wuming, a Cloud Architect & Advisor and a FinOps Ambassador. For years the hard questions in my work were about the cloud bill. Now they are about AI: what a token costs to produce, where tokens go, and what they are worth. finops.work is where I work through those questions, one at a time.
How the site works
- Three sections follow the Tokenomics Foundation’s emerging map of tokenomics: Token production, Consumption and Value. The topics within each section come from the same map.
- Deep dives take one question apart in short parts. Each part makes one claim, explains it plainly and backs it with one chart.
- Real numbers. Where I use prices or benchmarks, I say where they come from and when I checked them.
